.SYNOPSIS...There will be a moderate risk of rip currents on north
and east facing reefs. For Wednesday night the moderate risk of
rip currents will spread to west facing reefs. The risk of rip
currents could then climb to high on Thursday as swell from
Tropical Storm Lan begins to arrive. There will be a moderate
risk of lightning through Thursday night.

Surf along North facing reefs............3 to 5 feet.
Surf along East  facing reefs............6 to 8 feet.
Surf along South facing reefs............2 to 4 feet.
Surf along West  facing reefs............2 to 4 feet.

Primary swell...............Northeast at 6 feet.
Primary period..............9 seconds.
Secondary swell...............West at around 2 feet.
Secondary period..............8 seconds.

Rip current risk.....Moderate. Wave conditions support stronger or
                     more frequent rip currents. Always have a
                     flotation device with you in the water.

Sea surface temperature at Ritidian buoy...86 Degrees.
Maximum afternoon heat index...........Around 98.

.OUTLOOK...Surf will build 2 feet on south and west facing reefs
Wednesday night.
