The National Weather Service in Morristown has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Central Marion County in east Tennessee...

* Until 530 AM CDT.

* At 458 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Sewanee, or
  10 miles east of Winchester, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Jasper, South Pittsburg, Whitwell, Kimball, Monteagle, Martin
  Springs, Fiery Gizzard State Park, Griffith Creek, Haletown
  (guild), and Chimneys State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
