The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Central Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 444 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Clarion,
  moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Ping-pong ball-size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
           power outages.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

  Strattanville...                  Shippenville...
  Fryburg...                        Fisher...
  Leeper...

This includes  Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 54
and 67.
