THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ANCHORAGE HAS CANCELLED THE WIND
CHILL ADVISORY.

WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY DIMINISH ACROSS THE COPPER RIVER
BASIN, AND WIND CHILL CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE.

THROUGH BROAD PASS...

* LOCATION...BROAD PASS AND NORTH.

* WIND...NORTH WIND 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...35 TO 50 BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...VERY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE INTO MONDAY
  MORNING. THE WINDS WILL BECOME LIGHT AND VARIABLE BY LATE
  MONDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...INCREASED RISK OF HYPOTHERMIA AND FROSTBITE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROSTBITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
