  SUNDAY MORNING. THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT
  THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL 2 TO 4 INCHES TONIGHT...AND 1 TO 2
  INCHES SUNDAY IN PERSISTENT BANDS OF SNOW.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH PRODUCING
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...AS LOW AS 30 BELOW.

* IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL RESULT IN
  DIFFICULT TRAVEL AT TIMES WITH SNOW COVERED ROADS AND GREATLY
