* LOCATIONS...NORTHERN AROOSTOOK...NORTHERN PISCATAQUIS AND
  NORTHERN SOMERSET COUNTIES.

* TIMING...OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW WILL LEAD TO SNOW COVERED ROADS WHICH COULD
  LEAD TO SOME TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE HALF OF A MILE AT TIMES.
