MORNING...

* FREEZING RAIN...SNOW WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF THROUGH THE
  MORNING.

* TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 TO 8 INCHES. THE SLEET AND SNOW WILL BE
  HEAVY AND WET WITH MAXIMUM ACCUMULATIONS IN THE HIGHER
  ELEVATIONS. LOWER AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED IN THE VALLEYS.

* DANGEROUS TRAVEL ON SNOW AND SLUSH COVERED ROADS. LONGER COMMUTE
  TIMES ARE EXPECTED THIS MORNING. SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES ARE
  EXPECTED AS THE SLUSHY ACCUMULATIONS AND ICE WILL WEIGH DOWN
  TREES AND POWER LINES.

  TIMES THIS MORNING. ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES ARE POSSIBLE DUE TO
  THE HEAVY ACCUMULATIONS ON TREE LIMBS AND POWER LINES.
