 * A WINTRY MIX OF SNOW... SLEET... AND FREEZING RAIN WILL DEVELOP
   THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS... BECOMING
   STRAIGHT FREEZING RAIN OVERNIGHT WITH TEMPERATURES JUST BELOW
   32 DEGREES.

 * TEMPERATURES WILL RISE ABOVE 32 DEGREES TOWARD SUNRISE
   TUESDAY... ALLOWING FOR A CHANGEOVER TO A COLD RAIN.

IMPACTS...

 * SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS LESS THAN ONE INCH... BUT ENOUGH
   TO MAKES ROADS SLIPPERY.

 * ICE ACCUMULATION OF A TENTH TO TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH
   EXPECTED... MAINLY ON ELEVATED SURFACES.

 * ICY ROADS... MAINLY SECONDARY AND UNTREATED ROADS.
