EARLY MONDAY. SNOW CONTINUES THROUGH THE DAY MONDAY BEFORE ENDING
MONDAY NIGHT. IN GENERAL...THIS WILL BE A LIGHT FLUFFY SNOW WITH
AMOUNTS RANGING FROM 8 TO 12 INCHES ON THE COASTAL PLAIN TO 3 TO
6 INCHES ALONG THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER OF WESTERN MAINE. HIGHS ON
MONDAY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE THE SINGLE DIGITS TO AROUND 15
DEGREES...AND GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILLS OF
