EVENING TO 6 AM HST FRIDAY...

* LOCATIONS...BIG ISLAND SUMMITS ABOVE 12000 FEET

* HAZARD TYPES...ICE...SNOW AND FREEZING DRIZZLE.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION UP TO 6 INCHES...AND
  ICE ACCUMULATION UP TO A QUARTER OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...THESE CONDITIONS WILL MAKE DRIVING AND HIKING AND
  CAMPING IN THE AREA VERY HAZARDOUS.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS NEAR 30...AND HIGHS IN THE UPPER 30S.

* VISIBILITIES...BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
