WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM NOON FRIDAY TO 3 PM AKST SATURDAY.

* SNOW...UP TO 4 INCHES ACCUMULATION.

* BLOWING SNOW...WITH VISIBILITY OF ONE HALF MILE OR LESS.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST GUSTS TO 35 MPH.

* TIMING...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE LOW VISIBILITY BY
  NOON SATURDAY AS WINDS INCREASE. THE STRONGEST WINDS AND LOWEST
  VISIBILITY IN BLOWING SNOW WILL BE FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED AND SNOW WILL
  ACCUMULATE INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS MAY OCCUR. TRAVEL
  AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES WILL BE DIFFICULT.
