* BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ONE HALF MILE OR LESS AT
  TIMES.

* WINDS...WEST AT 25 TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING...CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE THIS EVENING AS THE WINDS
  DIMINISH.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED AND SNOW WILL
  ACCUMULATE INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS MAY OCCUR. TRAVEL
