* LOCATIONS...PERRY AND MORGAN COUNTIES IN SOUTHEAST OHIO.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW...WITH A PERIOD OF SLEET OR FREEZING RAIN
  POSSIBLE SUNDAY EVENING BEFORE CHANGING BACK TO SNOW.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES.

* TIMING...LATE TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS...AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES WILL
  MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS. POWER OUTAGES OR FLUCTUATIONS WILL BE
  POSSIBLE DUE TO THE HEAVY WET NATURE OF THE SNOW.

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
