URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...POTENT WINTER STORM LATER TODAY THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT...

.A strong winter storm will cross the region tonight through
Monday night, with significant snowfall expected across much of
the area. Snow will continue across northeastern Wyoming and the
Black Hills, and spread east across western South Dakota tonight.
Snow will persist through Monday and into Monday night, before
the storm shifts east of the area on Tuesday morning. Snowfall
amounts of 6 to 12 inches are expected across much of the warning
area, with locally higher amounts likely from southern portions
of northeast Wyoming to parts of west central and southwest South
Dakota. Arctic air over the area will also produce wind chills of
15 below to 25 below zero across much of the area late tonight
through Monday night.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Wyoming and northwestern and
  southwestern South Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM MST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Be
  prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times.
  The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
