* WINDS...SOUTH 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 50 TO 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SNOWFALL WILL CREATE DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS IN
  THE MOUNTAINS DUE TO SLICK ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITY. ROAD

  LEE CANYONS IN THE SPRING MOUNTAINS AS WELL AS STATE ROUTE 160

  ALONG HIGHWAY 190 IN DEATH VALLEY NATIONAL PARK AND WESTGARD
  PASS EAST OF BIG PINE.
