accumulation of 3 to 4 inches. Lows 4 to 12 below. East winds 20
to 35 mph, except south 10 to 20 mph near Cape Lisburne.
.FRIDAY...Mostly cloudy. Periods of snow in the morning, then
scattered snow showers in the afternoon. Areas of freezing fog in
the morning. Areas of blowing snow. Patchy freezing fog in the
afternoon. Snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Highs 2 to
9 above. Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph decreasing to 10 to 20 mph
in the afternoon.
