SOUTHEASTERN DUNDY...HITCHCOCK AND NORTHWESTERN RED WILLOW
COUNTIES...

AT 841 PM MDT/941 PM CDT/...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA...WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN
ACROSS HITCHCOCK AND RED WILLOW COUNTIES AND LIGHTER RAIN FARTHER
SOUTH ACROSS CHEYENNE AND RAWLINS COUNTIES. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF
RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN...AND FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY OCCURING OR
WILL BEGIN SHORTLY.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
MCCOOK...TRENTON...CULBERTSON...BIRD CITY...STRATTON AND MCDONALD.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
WARNED AREA...MAINLY ACROSS RED WILLOW AND HITCHCOCK COUNTIES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.
