NEBRASKA...NORTHWEST KANSAS AND EAST CENTRAL COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SUSTAINED NORTHWEST WINDS OF 30 MPH WITH GUSTS 45 TO 50 MPH CAN
BE EXPECTED THROUGH THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS.
WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE LATER THIS AFTERNOON. LOCAL
REDUCTIONS TO VISIBILITY DUE TO BLOWING DUST ARE POSSIBLE.

SOME LIGHT SNOW MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES AND CREATE SLICK ROADS
LATE TONIGHT IN WESTERN PORTIONS OF KIT CARSON AND CHEYENNE
COUNTIES IN COLORADO.
