THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EXTREME SOUTHWEST
NEBRASKA...NORTHWEST KANSAS AND EAST CENTRAL COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR LOCATIONS NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 70 DUE TO LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND GUSTY WINDS FROM
LATE THIS MORNING INTO THE EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL PASS THROUGH THE TRI-STATE AREA
LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
OVER NORTHEAST COLORADO AND MOVE IN. WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS
NOT EXPECTED BUT A STRONG STORM WITH GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL
CAN NOT BE COMPLETELY RULED OUT.

A STRONG WEATHER SYSTEM IS EXPECTED THIS WEEKEND. THUNDERSTORMS
ARE POSSIBLE AHEAD OF THE SYSTEM ON SATURDAY WITH SNOW MOVING IN
BEHIND A COLD FRONT SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.
