THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...
EXTREME SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL BRING NORTHERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH
WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 50 MPH BEFORE NOON TODAY. THESE STRONG
WINDS...COMBINED WITH CURRENT DRY CONDITIONS WILL KEEP THE FIRE
DANGER ELEVATED TODAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...

FIRE DANGER WILL REMAIN ELEVATED FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE AREA
MONDAY AND TUESDAY...WITH THE MOST FAVORABLE CONDITIONS EAST OF
THE COLORADO BORDER.

A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA THURSDAY NIGHT
BRINGING MUCH COLDER AIR TO THE HIGH PLAINS. ACCUMULATING SNOW IS
POSSIBLE NORTH OF INTERSTATE 70...WITH THE BEST CHANCES IN
NORTHEAST COLORADO.
