EXTREME SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

VERY DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING TO 45 MPH WITH RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES UNDER 15 PERCENT WILL PRODUCE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS. THESE WINDS MAY ALSO LEAD TO LOCAL VISIBILITY
RESTRICTIONS DUE TO BLOWING DUST.
