WINDS GUSTING TO NEAR 60 MPH WILL CONTINUE TO BE POSSIBLE FOR
WESTERN KIT CARSON AND CHEYENNE COUNTIES BEFORE 6PM.

TONIGHT THE MELTED SNOW ON ROADWAYS WILL FREEZE CREATING A THIN
COATING OF ICE AND LEAD TO VERY SLICK DRIVING CONDITIONS.
