This hazardous weather outlook is for east central Colorado...
extreme southwest Nebraska and northwest Kansas.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

A very moist airmass will persist today and tonight as an upper
level system slowly moves across the region from west to east.
Showers and thunderstorms are possible with the primary threat being
locally heavy rainfall which may cause flash flooding. A few
stronger storms may produce hail up to one inch and strong winds
this afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...

A few severe thunderstorms will be possible Monday afternoon and
early evening, mainly east of highway 83. Large hail and damaging
winds would be the main threats.

Heat index values may approach or exceed 105 degrees Wednesday and
Thursday afternoons east of Highway 83.

Spotter activation may be required this afternoon and evening.
