NEBRASKA TO GOVE KANSAS LINE. AREAS OF DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITY
RESTRICTIONS BELOW ONE HALF MILE WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THURSDAY
MID-MORNING.
