This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

Rain will change to snow this evening, first in eastern Colorado and
extreme southwest Nebraska and then spreading southeast. The Tri-
State area could see up to 2 inches of snowfall. Strong northerly
winds with gusts 45 to 55 mph will accompany the snow overnight,
producing hazardous conditions due to blowing snow. Conditions are
expected to be at their worst between the middle of the evening into
the early morning hours.
