This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest Kansas and east
central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

A Red Flag Warning is in effect for Cheyenne County, Colorado, as
well as Wallace, Logan, Greeley and Wichita counties in Kansas from
11 AM to 7 PM MDT today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...

There is about a 45% chance that blowing dust will reduce visibility
Monday across northwest Kansas and extreme southwest Nebraska. On
Tuesday, locations in eastern Colorado and Western Kansas have a 25%
chance of seeing blowing dust that would reduce visibility.

A Fire Weather Watch is in effect for the entire area on Monday. A
75% chance of critical fire weather exists Monday afternoon along and
west of a line from Gove, KS to Benkelman, NE and a 50% chance for
the rest of the area.

Locations generally along and east of Kansas Highway 27 have a
conditional threat for severe thunderstorms Monday evening and
night. The primary hazards with these storms will be significant
hail along with the potential for 60+ MPH winds and a tornado or two.

Spotter activation will not be needed. Report any fires to local
dispatch.
