* TIMING/DURATION...THROUGH AT LEAST LATE MORNING.

* OTHER IMPACTS...LOW VISIBILITIES OF A QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT
  TIMES. SUB FREEZING TEMPERATURES MAY CAUSE SLICK SPOTS ON
  ROADWAYS AND OTHER SURFACES.
