* TIMING/DURATION...HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL GET UP TO 108 THIS
  AFTERNOON. OVERNIGHT HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL BOTTOM OUT BETWEEN
  70 AND 75. ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL CLIMB
  TO NEAR 105.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIONS IF YOU WORK OR SPEND TIME OUTSIDE. WHEN
POSSIBLE...RESCHEDULE STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR
