THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GOODLAND HAS ISSUED A FROST
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT MDT /1 AM CDT/
TONIGHT TO 10 AM MDT /11 AM CDT/ TUESDAY.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOW TO MID 30S.

* TIMING/DURATION...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE LOW TO MID 30S
  AFTER MIDNIGHT AND REMAIN THERE THROUGH MID MORNING.

* IMPACTS...ANY SENSITIVE PLANTS OUTSIDE NOT ALREADY DORMANT WILL
  BE HARMED BY THE FROST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FROST ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN FROST IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
DURING THE GROWING SEASON. THOSE WITH AGRICULTURAL INTERESTS IN
THE ADVISORY AREA SHOULD CONSIDER HARVESTING OR PROTECTING TENDER
VEGETATION.  ALSO...POTTED PLANTS NORMALLY LEFT OUTDOORS SHOULD
BE COVERED OR BROUGHT INSIDE AWAY FROM THE COLD.

TUESDAY MORNING...

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 20S TO LOW 30S.

* TIMING/DURATION...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW FREEZING AFTER
  MIDNIGHT AND REMAIN THERE THROUGH SUNRISE. AN HOUR OR SO AFTER
  SUNRISE TEMPERATURES WILL WARM ABOVE FREEZING.

* OTHER IMPACTS...ANY FROST SENSITIVE PLANTS NOT ALREADY DEAD OR
  DORMANT WILL BE DAMAGED OR KILLED IF LEFT UNPROTECTED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WATCH MEANS TEMPERATURES OF 28 DEGREES OR LESS ARE
POSSIBLE. THESE CONDITIONS COULD KILL CROPS AND OTHER SENSITIVE
VEGETATION.
