TUESDAY MORNING...

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS IN THE UPPER 20S AND LOWER 30S.

* TIMING/DURATION...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW FREEZING AFTER
  MIDNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT AND REMAIN THERE FOR SEVERAL HOURS.
  TEMPERATURES WILL START WARMING ABOVE FREEZING AROUND 8 AM MDT
  TUESDAY MORNING.

* OTHER IMPACTS...ANY FROST SENSITIVE PLANTS NOT ALREADY DEAD OR
  DORMANT MAY BE DAMAGED OR KILLED IF LEFT UNPROTECTED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WATCH MEANS TEMPERATURES OF 28 DEGREES OR LESS ARE
