.RICH MOISTURE IS MOVING INTO PORTIONS OF THE TRI-STATE AREA THIS
MORNING FROM THE SOUTH. WITH LIGHT WINDS...COOL TEMPERATURES AND
INCREASING DEWPOINTS...BELIEVE THAT DENSE FOG WILL DEVELOP TO THE
SOUTH AND MOVE IN. DENSE FOG SHOULD BURN OFF BY MID MORNING BUT
COULD LINGER UNTIL NOON.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITY WILL FREQUENTLY BE ONE
QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN FOG. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN AND BE
PREPARED FOR SUDDEN DROPS IN VISIBILITY...ESPECIALLY NEAR
RIVERS...CREEKS AND LOW LYING AREAS. USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS ON LOW
BEAMS AND DRIVE DEFENSIVELY.
