...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST THIS MORNING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GOODLAND HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST THIS MORNING.

* TIMING/DURATION...DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA
  THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS. VISIBILITIES WILL CONTINUE TO FALL IN
  AREAS THROUGH 830 AM CST...WITH A GRADUAL IMPROVEMENT COMING
  THROUGH THE REST OF THE MORNING.

* OTHER IMPACTS...IN ADDITION TO THE LOW VISIBILITY...SUB FREEZING
  TEMPERATURES MAY CREATE A FEW SLICK SPOTS ON UNTREATED SURFACES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITY WILL FREQUENTLY BE ONE
QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN FOG. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN AND BE
PREPARED FOR SUDDEN DROPS IN VISIBILITY...ESPECIALLY NEAR
RIVERS...CREEKS AND LOW LYING AREAS. USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS ON LOW
BEAMS AND DRIVE DEFENSIVELY.
