...ON THIS DATE IN WEATHER HISTORY...

In 2006, a flash flood warning was issued for Graham County due to
excessive heavy rains.  Six to eight inches of water was reported flowing
across Road 280, and 4.76 inches of rain was reported near Hill City by
6:50 PM local time.  Heavy rain also fell in Gove county, 6 miles west of
Grinnell, with 3.25 inches reported at 6:45 PM local time.
