...Large within bank rise expected on Sappa Creek near Oberlin...

One to two inches of rain has fallen across the area with rain now
slowly coming to an end. This widespread rain is expected to cause a
large in bank rise of the Sappa Creek 1 mile southwest of Oberlin. At
this time the creek is expected to rise as high as 10 feet by 6 pm
CDT Wednesday. Flood stage for this area is 11 feet.
