HEAVY RAINFALL FRIDAY IN NORTHWEST NORTON COUNTY CAUSED THE SAPPA
CREEK TO GO OUT OF ITS BANK OVERNIGHT. LOWLAND FLOODING NEAR THE
CREEK IS OCCURRING. HOWEVER...THE BRIDGE OVER THE CREEK WAS NOT
OVERTOPPED. THE CREEK HAS CRESTED AND WILL CONTINUE TO FALL THROUGH
THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY.
