HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT

Heavy rainfall that fell across northwest Kansas Wednesday evening
through early this morning caused water to rise on the Smoky River
and flooding was reported across portions of northwest Logan county.
The river is expected to remain near bank full in southeast Logan
county, but flooding is not currently anticipated for locations near
Highway 83 in southeast Logan county. This will need to be monitored
in the event the situation changes.
