...GUSTY WINDS AND BLOWING DUST THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...

Off and on gusty winds and blowing dust have been observed over
the Tri-State region around 25 to 35 mph. Some locations could
see gusts reaching 45 to 55 mph (especially over locations with
storms). These conditions are expected to continue through the
evening hours. The blowing dust could reduce visibilities at
times and cause hazardous driving conditions.
