STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
MENLO TO 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WINONA TO 12 MILES SOUTH OF WESKAN...
AND MOVING SOUTH AT 45 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.

THESE STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE VISIBLITY RESTRICTIONS DUE TO BLOWING
