PATCHY FREEZING FOG HAS BEEN REPORTED FROM MCCOOK NEBRASKA TO
OAKLEY KANSAS...WHICH INCLUDES THE HIGHWAY 83 CORRIDOR. PATCHY
FREEZING FOG MAY ALSO DEVELOP ACROSS THE REST OF THE AREA AS WELL
THIS MORNING. LOCALIZED VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS TO ONE QUARTER
MILE WILL BE POSSIBLE. THESE LOWER VISIBILITIES ALONG WITH SLICK
ROADWAYS WILL CREATE DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS. CAUTION SHOULD
BE USED ON AREA ROADWAYS THIS MORNING. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO
IMPROVE AFTER SUNRISE...WITH ANY FOG COMPLETELY LIFTING BY MIDDAY.
