...LOCALLY CRITICAL FIRE DANGER THIS AFTERNOON...

TEMPERATURES REACHING THE UPPER 90S TO LOWER 100S WITH SOUTHWESTERLY
WINDS GUSTING TO NEAR 30 MPH WILL RESULT IN INCREASED FIRE DANGER
ACROSS THE AREA. WHILE A LARGE PORTION OF THE FUELS ARE STILL FAIRLY
GREEN...CRITICAL FIRE DANGER IS POSSIBLE IN LOCALIZED AREAS SUCH AS
RECENTLY HARVESTED WHEAT FIELDS.

IF POSSIBLE...OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE AVOIDED THIS AFTERNOON
UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.
