AT 900 PM CDT...THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM CAMBRIDGE TO 8 MILES EAST OF HOXIE TO 6 MILES
NORTHEAST OF HEALY TO 5 MILES SOUTH OF MODOC...AND MOVING EAST AT 35
MPH.

WIND GUSTS TO 57 MPH ARE POSSIBLE AS THE GUST FRONT MOVES THROUGH
RESULTING IN AREAS OF BLOWING DUST. BEHIND THE GUST FRONT WILL BE
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL. THE COMBINATION OF THE BLOWING DUST AND
HEAVY RAINFALL WILL PRODUCE NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES AT TIMES.
FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS IS ALSO POSSIBLE. USE EXTREME
CAUTION IF YOU MUST TRAVEL AND BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING
VISIBILITY.

NORTON...HILL CITY...QUINTER...PARK...GOVE...ALMENA...LENORA...
MORLAND...NORCATUR AND JENNINGS.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 70 IN KANSAS BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 97 AND
112.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...AND MAY
LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS.
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE 15 MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE
SHELTER INSIDE A BUILDING OR VEHICLE.

THESE STORMS MAY INTENSIFY...SO BE CERTAIN TO MONITOR LOCAL RADIO AND
TV STATIONS...AS WELL AS LOCAL CABLE TV OUTLETS...FOR ADDITIONAL
