LIGHT SNOW COMBINED WITH WIND GUSTS TO 55 MPH WILL CREATE LOW
VISIBILITIES AROUND ONE MILE OVER PARTS OF NORTHWEST
KANSAS....INCLUDING INTERSTATE 70. LIGHT SNOW WILL TRANSITION
SOUTH...AND WINDS WILL ALSO DIMINISH THIS EVENING. THIS SHOULD
ALLOW CONDITIONS TO RAPIDLY IMPROVE. ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
SHOULD REMAIN BELOW ONE HALF INCH. TRAVELERS SHOULD BE PREPARED
FOR REDUCED VISIBILITIES THROUGH 6 PM MST/7 PM CST.
