For the Tri State area, you can expect the potential for brief
gusts up to 50 to 55 mph in the vicinity of any decaying showers
or isolated storms that occur through 700 pm MDT/800 pm CDT. One
has already occurred in Oberlin, Kansas with a gust to 56 mph at
535 PM CDT.
