The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Cheyenne County in east central Colorado...
  Southwestern Wallace County in west central Kansas...
  Greeley County in west central Kansas...

* Until 600 PM MDT.

* At 453 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles southeast
  of Sheridan Lake, or 24 miles west of Tribune, moving east at 40
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Tribune and Horace.

This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 142 and 144.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
