...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM CDT
FOR RED WILLOW AND HITCHCOCK COUNTIES...

At 754 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles east of Stockville to 5 miles east of
Culbertson to 10 miles south of Trenton, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Mesonet. McCook Airport reported a 71 mph wind gust.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
         tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
         roofs, and outbuildings.

  McCook around 800 PM CDT.
  Indianola around 810 PM CDT.
  Bartley around 820 PM CDT.
  Danbury around 845 PM CDT.
  Lebanon around 900 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
