.A SIGNIFICANT WINTER STORM IS PRODUCING MODERATE TO HEAVY
SNOW...WIND GUSTS OF 40 MPH...BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND
VISIBILITIES AT OR BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE ACROSS THE REGION.
POOR CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST TODAY WITH EVEN WORSE
CONDITIONS LATER THIS MORNING ACROSS THE AREA HIGHLIGHTED BY A

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...10 TO 14 INCHES.

* WINDS...NORTH 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SNOWFALL WITH RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR AND
  STRONG WINDS EARLY TUESDAY MORNING WILL CREATE BLIZZARD
  CONDITIONS WITH VISIBILITIES LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. ROAD
