THIS AFTERNOON...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GOODLAND HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM
MST /6 PM CST/ THIS AFTERNOON.

* LOCATIONS...COUNTIES EAST OF THE HIGH WIND WARNING TO HIGHWAY
  83.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO 2 INCHES.

* WINDS...NORTH 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND WINDS GUSTING 45 TO
  55 MPH WILL LEAD TO VISIBILITIES FALLING TO LESS THAN A MILE
  THROUGH THE REST OF THE MORNING AND INTO THE AFTERNOON.
  VISIBILITIES LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE ARE VERY LIKELY BEFORE THE
  EARLY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND SNOWPACKED ROADS WILL LEAD TO
  HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE DURING THE
  LATE AFTERNOON.
