...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY MORNING THROUGH
LATE SATURDAY NIGHT...

The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a Winter
Storm Watch...which is in effect from Saturday morning through
late Saturday night.

* Impacts...Heavy wet snow is expected to fall late Friday night
  into Saturday morning. Snow or a rain snow mix will fall through
  the day on Saturday before becoming all snow Saturday evening.
  Snow will then remain possible through the night and into Sunday
  morning. Gusty winds will accompany the system with gusts up to
  35 mph.

* Locations...Kit Carson...Cheyenne county Colorado...Sherman
  county...Wallace county...Greeley county.

* Hazard Types...Heavy wet snow and gusty winds.

* Snow Accumulations...As little as 2 to 3 inches and as much as 5
  to 7 inches.

* Winds...North 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Temperatures...In the lower 30s.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Watch means there is a potential for significant
snow...sleet...or ice accumulations that may impact travel.
