It was a very windy afternoon across central and eastern Kansas
with south winds gusting over 45 mph. Some high clouds made for a
partly to mostly sunny sky with late afternoon temperatures
generally in the 70s.

A weak cold front will move south across mid-America tonight
through Tuesday. There will be a chance for showers and
thunderstorms tonight along the front across central and eastern
Nebraska, north central and northeast Kansas, Iowa and northern
Missouri. The chances for showers and storms will reside mainly
across Missouri and far eastern Kansas on Tuesday.

Low temperatures tonight will be somewhat milder, mainly in the
40s and 50s with highs on Tuesday in the 60s and 70s.
