Additional scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon, with the best chances along and east of a line from roughly Winona, MN to Decorah, IA. Chances for rain will remain off and on through Saturday, with the next chance coming on Wednesday evening through Thursday morning. Winds today will begin gusty from the SE, but are expected to veer to SW by this afternoon. Winds during the first half of the day will be strongest east of the Mississippi with gusts in the 20 to 25 mph range from the SE. By this afternoon, winds change to the SW with the strongest winds west of the Mississippi with gusts in the 20 to 25 mph range.
