...Warmest First Half of June in La Crosse WI...

Through the first half of June, La Crosse Regional Airport had an
average temperature of 75.3 degrees.  This was 8.3 degrees warmer
than the 1981-2010 average and the warmest first half of the June.
The previous record was 73.3 degrees in 2005.  Records date back
to 1873.  Below are the top 10 warmest first halves of June
in La Crosse WI.

surpassed the previous record of 86.9 degrees in 1988.  It was also
the first time that every day from June 1st through June 15th had
high temperatures in the 80s.  The previous record was 13 days in
1932 and 1973.

The average low temperature was 61.9 degrees. This was 5.8 degrees
warmer than the 1981-2010 normal of 56.1 degrees. This was the third
warmest.  Only 2005 (63.5 degrees) and 1887 (62.4 degrees) were warmer.
