ROCHESTER MN...

ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 17TH THE HIGH TEMPERATURE AT ROCHESTER
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WAS 11 DEGREES.  THIS MADE IT THE SEVENTH
CONSECUTIVE DAY IN WHICH THE TEMPERATURES HAS FAILED TO CLIMB TO OR
ABOVE FREEZING.  THIS HAS ONLY HAPPEN 15 TIMES IN A NOVEMBER.
TEMPERATURE RECORDS FOR ROCHESTER DATE BACK TO 1886.  THIS IS THE
LONGEST STRETCH OF DAYS SINCE 1996 /NOVEMBER 18-27 - 10 DAYS/.  THE
LONGEST STRING OF CONSECUTIVE DAYS IN A NOVEMBER IS 12 STRAIGHT DAYS
AND THAT OCCURRED IN 1978 /NOVEMBER 17-28/.  THE TABLE BELOW LISTS
