OCCURRED AT LA CROSSE WISCONSIN IN AUGUST...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST WAS 73.5 DEGREES
WHICH WAS WAS 2.1 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH WAS 83.2
DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 63.8 DEGREES. THE
